What is an OmniSocials workflow?

A workflow reposts your content from one platform to another on a schedule. You pick a source and a destination once. OmniSocials imports the posts, queues them and publishes them in the background.

  • Source and destination

    Pick the platform you publish to most and the platform you want it mirrored onto. Posts can be imported from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Pinterest and LinkedIn Pages.

  • Choose which media to import

    Reels, videos, images, carousels and text posts. Only the types you select are reposted.

  • Schedule per day and time

    Choose the days of the week the workflow publishes, the exact time and the timezone.

  • Import queue and progress

    Each workflow shows how many items it imported, how many it published and how many are queued.

  • Catch new posts

    A workflow imports the posts you already published and watches the source for new ones.

  • Pause, resume, complete

    Pause a workflow without losing its queue and resume at any time. A workflow with no source content left is marked as completed.

  • Run many workflows side by side

    Instagram to TikTok, Instagram to X, Facebook to Bluesky. They run in parallel without getting in each other's way.

  • Runs in the background

    Workflows run on the OmniSocials servers. You do not need to keep a tab open.
