Workspace Management

Learn how to manage your workspace settings and configuration.

Overview

Your workspace is the central hub for all your social media management activities. From workspace settings, you can:

  • Configure workspace details
  • Manage connected social channels
  • View workspace members
  • Control workspace-level settings

Accessing Workspace Settings

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Click Organisation
  3. Select Workspace

Workspace Details

Workspace Name

Change your workspace name:

  1. Click on the current name
  2. Enter the new name
  3. Click Save

Choose a clear, descriptive name that helps identify the brand or project.

Workspace Icon

Update your workspace icon:

  1. Click on the current icon
  2. Upload a new image (PNG, JPG, or GIF)
  3. The icon updates automatically

Icons help quickly identify workspaces when you have multiple.

Managing Social Channels

Viewing Connected Channels

See all connected social accounts in the workspace:

  • Platform name and type
  • Account username/page name
  • Connection status
  • Last sync time

Adding New Channels

To connect a new social platform:

  1. Click Connect Channel or the + button
  2. Select the platform
  3. Follow the authorization flow
  4. The channel appears in your workspace

Reconnecting Channels

If a channel becomes disconnected:

  1. Find the channel with the "Disconnected" status
  2. Click Reconnect
  3. Re-authorize the connection
  4. The channel becomes active again

Common reasons for disconnection:

  • Password change on the social platform
  • Token expiration
  • Permission changes
  • Account policy violations

Removing Channels

To disconnect a social channel:

  1. Find the channel you want to remove
  2. Click the menu (three dots)
  3. Select Disconnect
  4. Confirm the removal

Note: Removing a channel doesn't delete published posts.

Workspace Members

View who has access to your workspace:

  • Team member names and emails
  • Their assigned roles
  • Access status

To manage members, go to Team Management.

Multiple Workspaces

Why Use Multiple Workspaces?

  • Separate different brands or clients
  • Isolate projects with different teams
  • Manage agencies with multiple clients
  • Keep personal and business accounts separate

Switching Workspaces

If you have access to multiple workspaces:

  1. Click your workspace name in the sidebar
  2. Select the workspace you want to switch to
  3. The interface updates to show that workspace's data

Creating Additional Workspaces

To create a new workspace:

  1. Go to Settings > Organisation
  2. Click Add Workspace
  3. Enter workspace name and icon
  4. Click Create

New workspaces start with no connected channels.

Workspace Limits

Depending on your subscription plan:

  • Number of workspaces you can create
  • Number of social channels per workspace
  • Number of team members per workspace

Check your plan details in Billing settings.

Best Practices

  1. Name clearly: Use descriptive names like "CompanyX - Marketing"
  2. Use icons: Visual icons speed up workspace recognition
  3. Regular audits: Periodically review and clean up unused channels
  4. Document access: Keep track of who has access to each workspace
  5. Organize by client: For agencies, create one workspace per client

Troubleshooting

Can't Create New Workspace

  • Check your subscription plan limits
  • Verify you have admin permissions
  • Contact support if issues persist

Workspace Not Loading

  • Try refreshing the page
  • Clear browser cache
  • Check your internet connection
  • Verify your session is still active

Missing Channels

If connected channels aren't showing:

  • Refresh the workspace
  • Check the channel connection status
  • Try reconnecting the channel
  • Verify the account still exists on the platform
