Storage

Your media library storage depends on your subscription plan:

  • Media is securely stored in the cloud
  • Access your media from any device
  • Check your usage in Settings > Billing

Best Practices

  1. Upload high-quality originals: Upload the highest quality version; OmniSocials will optimize as needed
  2. Use descriptive filenames: Makes searching easier
  3. Upload before creating posts: Build your library first, then create posts
  4. Regular cleanup: Delete media you no longer need to free up storage
  5. Check platform requirements: Know the specs before uploading

Troubleshooting

Upload Failed

If an upload fails:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Verify the file format is supported
  • Ensure the file isn't too large
  • Try uploading a smaller file or lower resolution

Media Not Appearing

If uploaded media doesn't appear:

  • Refresh the page
  • Check your filters (you might be filtering by type)
  • Wait a moment—large files may take time to process

Poor Quality Display

If media appears low quality:

  • The library shows thumbnails; full quality is used when posting
  • Check the original file quality
  • Ensure you uploaded the highest resolution version
