Connect your Facebook Page to publish posts, manage messages, and track engagement.

Before You Start

You'll need:

• A Facebook Page (not your personal profile)
• Admin or Editor access to the Page

Connecting Facebook

1. Go to Settings > Workspace (or use onboarding)
2. Click Connect Facebook
3. Sign in to your Facebook account
4. Select which Page(s) to connect
5. Grant the permissions
6. If you have multiple pages, pick your primary one

Feed Posts

• Best size: 1200 x 630 pixels
• Up to 10 images per post
• Videos up to 240 minutes

Stories

• Vertical format (9:16)
• Photos show for 20 seconds
• Videos up to 120 seconds

Reels

• Vertical format (9:16)
• 3 to 90 seconds long

Troubleshooting

Can't connect your Page?

• Verify you have admin access
• Check the Page isn't restricted
• Try a different browser
• Make sure you granted all permissions

Scheduling not working?

• Check your Page connection is active
• Look for content policy violations
• Review your Page's publishing permissions

Messages not appearing?

• Confirm you granted Messenger permissions
• Check your Page messaging settings
• Try reconnecting the account
