Connect your TikTok account to schedule and publish your video content.

Before You Start

You'll need:

• A TikTok Business or Creator account
• Personal accounts have limited features

Connecting TikTok

1. Go to Settings > Workspace (or use onboarding)
2. Click Connect TikTok
3. Sign in to TikTok
4. Authorize OmniSocials
5. You're connected!

What You Can Do

Posting

• Upload and schedule videos
• Write captions with hashtags
• Post at the best times

Analytics

• Video views
• Engagement rates
• Follower growth

Note: Duets, Stitches, and Live streaming need to be done in the TikTok app directly.

Video Specs

Format

• Vertical (9:16) - this is a must!
• 1080 x 1920 resolution is best

Length

• Up to 10 minutes

File

• MP4 or MOV
• Up to 500 MB

Captions

• Up to 2,200 characters

What Performs Best

• Short videos (15-60 seconds) often do better
• Hook viewers in the first 2-3 seconds
• Use trending sounds when you can
• Add captions - many people watch without sound

Best Practices

• Post 1-3 times per day for growth
• Use trending hashtags
• Create content that gets people to engage
• Post in the evenings and weekends
• Always shoot vertical!

Troubleshooting

Can't connect?

• Make sure you have a Business or Creator account
• Check your account isn't restricted
• Log out of TikTok and try again
• Clear your browser cache

Videos not publishing?

• Check your video meets the specs above
• Look for content policy violations
• Make sure the video is properly encoded
• Try re-uploading
