  3. Act on insights: Adjust your content strategy based on data
  4. Test and learn: Try different content types and measure results
  5. Export for stakeholders: Share reports with clients or management

Limitations

  • Data availability depends on platform API access
  • Some metrics may have a delay (24-48 hours)
  • Historical data depth varies by platform
  • Some advanced metrics require business/creator accounts

Troubleshooting

No Data Showing

If analytics aren't displaying:

  • Verify social accounts are connected
  • Check you have the access_analytics permission
  • Ensure accounts have been active during the selected period
  • Try refreshing or selecting a different date range

Data Discrepancies

If numbers don't match native platforms:

  • API data may have slight delays
  • Some metrics are calculated differently
  • Check you're comparing the same date ranges
